BYOK means you use your own API keys from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. Your keys are stored encrypted (AES-256) and only decrypted in server memory when making API calls. This means you pay the AI providers directly for usage, you can revoke access anytime from your provider dashboard, and we only charge for the workspace and tooling.
We believe AI tools should be accessible to your whole team, not just a few power users. Per-seat pricing creates artificial barriers. With workspace pricing, you can add everyone who needs access without budget anxiety.
Yes! Every new organization gets a 14-day Team trial with no credit card required. You can experience all Team features before deciding to upgrade.
After your trial, you'll be moved to the Starter plan. Your data is preserved, but some features will be limited. You can upgrade anytime to restore access.
Message classification automatically categorizes your conversations as public, internal, confidential, or restricted. This helps ensure sensitive information stays in the right place and is routed to appropriate AI providers based on security level.
You can manage your subscription from your organization settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
